No words, really.

I don't have much to say this morning. I don't really feel like talking. You ever get like that? Anyway, the hood voting experience was fun. It was like a big family reunion/block party up in there. I hadn't hugged so many folks since I graduated from LMU. Everyone was congregated outside after they finished voting, munching on chips and snacks. Although the ultimate results of the election are up for debate, I will say that our folks were out in a real way last night. Feel the love y'all. Although it would have been better if more of the population of Compton had actually been eligible to vote. I don't know much about the criminal system, but I'm guessing that certain types of convicts can't vote. Sucks ass, because we needed all the voters we could get. But that's all I'm gonna say about that. I was so caught up in my fear of the draft yesterday (a fear that's becoming more and more real as I type), I forgot to thank some folks. So I'mma thank y'all now. As you may or may not know (depends on when you showed up in my Imperial Kingdom), I crossed Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. It was difficult for me because of my general and severe obstinate nature and my time constraints, but I did it. Even in the face of some who wanted to give me issues based on my choice (and there were quite a few), I still made it. And now, all the non-believers must refer to me as "Soror". I proved myself worthy. I'm not going into too many more details, but 'cha girl did it. So I'd like to thank Liz, Steph, Daina, GC, and Marc, specifically for the moral support. Good lookin' out, y'all. Like I said, I don't feel like talking much. So I'mma end it here. No mandate. Don't feel like it. I may be back later. Edit @ 10:00 a.m.: That's it, I've gotta flee the damn country. Kerry conceded, y'all. There's no more to say. I will happily volunteer my services to all sistas who want their men temporarily (or semi-permanently) disabled to prevent them from being drafted once satan...er, I mean Bu.sh decides to tell the truth and reveal his alternate shitty agenda to kill off our young people. Ladies, if your man is over 25, then don't trip. If he's not, then hit me up. I've already planned to take out TR ex-Baby's knees and ankles as soon as the word "draft" is mentioned. BOOOO on these Mo' Fo's. BOOO a million times. Damn I'm disgusted. Man. I gotta go. That is all.

Aww thanks, y'all. The specific date and time was October 31, 2004 10:30 p.m. My chapter is the Omicron Rho Zeta Chapter, Inglewood Calif. Alumni Chapter. As soon as they update the site I'll put the URL on here. We've got to take the new chapter picture and they're gonna put my profile on there too. So I'll post it when I get it.
