Royal Public Service Announcement for Today

Call out the reinforcements. You've all been privy to my recent war with myself. I've refered to it as the self-inflicted drought. I've called it Her Imperial Majesty's Royal Quest. I've been depressed about it, I've complained and whined about it, I've laughed at it, I've called out to God to give me strength for it. I talk-real about it to the Young Heffas of the Lord up at church. I almost lost it more times than I can count in the past 2 months. Anyway you slice it, there is only one way to look at it... I ain't getting none. So far this week, especially today in particular has been truly difficult for me. My phone's been ringing off the hook w/ folks I really don't need to talk to. I had a lunch visit from someone who really should stay away from me. I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. I was about to throw up my hands, give a big ol F%@k it, and make arrangements for this evening. Until I visited one of the members of the Imperial Court. Either you're laughing at me, or you feel sorry for me. Perhaps you're even trying to do the right thang like I am, regardless of your reasons.
